Black August Day 10/11/12/13

greetings beautiful revolutionary souls

bout to head out to Marburg to do return for the 3rd time doing workshops, performances and recordings with the youth @ vital (woodvalley). the majority of our presentations will be @ St. Martin.

Black August Day 10
organize: currently reading Plantation Memories (episodes of everyday racism) by Grada Kilomba a psychologist/poet/writer with origins in the west african islands Sao Tome and Principe, she was born in Lisbon currently residing in Berlin, German.
a strong analysis of critical race theory from a black feminist afro-german perspective.

Black August Day 11
exercise: currently back at 100 reps of 2 sets of push ups and 50 reps of 2 sets for sit ups, need to get that up. calestetics are essential for fasting. by the way forgot to mention happy Ramadan.

Black August Day 12
recordings: back in the studio with creative maze working it out. took a visit to prinzesa garden, it has grown beautiful since my last visit, may do a show there when i return from Switzerland. also went to the Berlin Tempelhof Airport, amazing concept to have a huge space that is no longer functioning available for the people. go figure.

Black August Day 13
Road trip to Marburg - wont' be back to check in till monday or so.
sign off.
